Hai people! Catylinn here telling you guys how to get a bikini body!
Step 2: Have confidence :)
You guys are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change for anyone or anything! But if you still want to know how to become healthier, and thus help your body than keep reading :)
Exercise!
Even though most people don't like this... it is a very important step. You can't expect to magically lose weight by not changing your exercise regimen
You should try to do a little cardio and strength training everyday. It doesn't need to be super vigorous just try your best to make it a habit.
For cardio you could: bike with a friend, go swimming, go running, walking your dog
*try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day
Strength training:
Pushups, burpees, situps, jumping jacks, squat jumps, wall sits, plank, high knees, leg lifts, knee tuck jumps, and other stuff.
Ex. Workout:
Pushups, burpees, situps, jumping jacks, squat jumps, wall sits, plank, high knees, leg lifts, knee tuck jumps, and other stuff.
Ex. Workout:
10 pushups
20 sit ups
25 squats
20 lunges( per leg)
80 jumping jacks
60 sec. wall sit
repeat up to 3 times
( you can adjust if it is too hard or too easy for you)
Make easy lifestyle changes:
*Try walking to school or riding your bike instead of getting a ride to burn a few extra calories
*Walk up stairs instead of taking the elevator
*Park your car far away so that you have to walk farther
*When you have friends over do something active rather than just sitting around

Diet!
First of all DO NOT starve yourself!!!!!! This has many many many many bad side affects! And overall its just really not good for your overall health. Starving yourself can lead to anorexia or bulimia. Not only that but it will slow down your metabolism which means that when you do eat it is more likely to cause you to gain weight :(
Try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day: this will keep up your metabolism and you will be less likely to snack on junk food.
Try to cut out processed foods, junk foods, and most things you wouldn't let your dog eat ;p
*Remember that sugar is okay in moderation
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables! Remember the food pyramid you learned about in third grade? Try your best to also eat based off of that.
Drink lots of water through out the day to stay hydrated and to boost your metabolism! Drink a glass of water before every meal because we often mistake dehydration for being hungry.

*some days you will have off days but try to remind yourself of your end goal

*muscle ways more than fat! So don't necessarily try to lose weight, try to lose fat but gain muscle(which might mean gaining weight).
